Meet Jack Thompson

The Citizens for Suzanne Ness campaign is excited to welcome Jack Thompson as Field Organizer for the 2026 re-election campaign.

Jack believes the best campaigns start with listening. Whether he’s knocking on doors, meeting neighbors at community events, or recruiting volunteers, his focus is simple: building real relationships and making sure every voter feels heard.

A graduate of Lawrence University with bachelor’s degrees in Government and Music Performance, Jack has worked on state and federal campaigns in Wisconsin, gaining firsthand experience in grassroots organizing and voter outreach. He’s excited to bring that experience home to District 66, where he’ll help grow a people-powered campaign built on conversation, trust, and community.

Originally from North Aurora, Jack is proud to call Kane County home. He understands the values that make these communities special and is committed to connecting with residents across the district as the campaign continues to grow.

When he’s not on the campaign trail, Jack enjoys playing the oboe and piano, exploring the outdoors, traveling, and cheering on the Chicago Bears.
